“Edible bottles” from seaweed

At the Freetwon Pitch Night in Sierra Leone, Alhassan Sesay pitched a plan to use a technology of Notpla Ltd (London) to produce small “edible bottles” from seaweed to replace plastic water bottles and water sachets at large events. The would reduce two of the country’s environmental problems: plastic pollution and the seaweed invasion of beaches.
